We aim to get your Cricut Club goodies to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! Here’s what you need to know:

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday). During busy periods or product launches, there may be slight delays, but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. You’ll be able to see all options before completing your purchase.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at help@thecricutclub.com and we’ll do our best to help you quickly.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, please note that customs or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Cricut Club experience! Here’s our simple returns policy:

  • Physical Products: If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please email us at help@thecricutclub.com to start the process.

  • Digital Products: All digital products (including downloads and printables) are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or something’s not right, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
