Orders & Processing

• Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships (with tracking if applicable).

Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

• We currently only ship physical products within the UK. Please check out our printable digital versions if you live outside of the UK.

Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Digital products (downloads, printables, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Damaged or incorrect items? Let us know within 7 days and we’ll sort it out for you.

Digital Products

• Once purchased, digital items are available for instant download.

• Please double-check your email address at checkout to ensure delivery.
